What data we process
- Agency team: name, email and password (stored only as a hash).
- Client connecting their account: the email of the Google account and the tokens Google issues to reach the services they authorise, stored encrypted.
- Data from the authorised Google services (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager): queried on the spot at the request of the authorised team and not stored in Join2Data.
- Usage log: who queried, which client, which tool and when. It does not include the content of the answers. Kept for [365 days, to be confirmed].
Why
Only to provide the service: showing the data a client shares to the team they have authorised, through Claude. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train artificial intelligence models.
Join2Data's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Legal basis
Performance of the service contract with the agency, and the client's consent when authorising access in Google, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and processors

Retention
Tokens are deleted when a client is disconnected or removed. The usage log is kept for the period stated above.
